Banana Latte Breakfast Smoothie

2 small ripe bananas
2 scoops or 1 sachet of protein powder (I used a chocolate flavoured sachet)
250ml cold water or half milk/half water
2 teaspoon of coffee dissolved in cold water
1 tablespoon oats, quick oats or oat bran

In a jug blend with a stick mixer until smooth and thick
This will make about 2 cups so have one for breakfast and lunch
