Clean Eating Cinnamon Choc Chip Protein Bars
This is not my recipe. Although I wish i did invent this because it is delicous!!
2 cups oats (I used quick oats), 1 cup peanut butter, ½ cup
honey, ½ cup apple sauce, unsweetened, 2 tbsp dark, unsweetened choc chips, 1
cup whey/protein powder (the original recipe called for plain or vanilla powder
but I used chocolate) 1 tbsp cinnamon powder, 2 tbsp chia seeds
Preheat oven to 180*c. In a large bowl mix all ingredients
until it comes together in a dough. Press into greased slice tin and bake for
20 minutes or until golden.
